Akshan: countdown rewards into repeated buff spells

Akshan runs a countdown-and-spell engine. This version combines Echoing Spirit, Chemtech Duplicator and Frozen Tomb. It favors a longer game; the Landmark Countdown makes it slower than an immediate targeting-relic setup.

Echoing Spirit

Game Start: Create 7 copies of me in deck. Champion Spells cost 1 less.

More champion copies improve access to the engine and its champion spell. Copies in hand become spells while the champion is on board; the spell discount makes repeated casts easier.

Chemtech Duplicator

When you play a spell, if you have 6+ mana gems, copy it with the same targets.

The payoff starts at six mana gems. Once active, a spell produces another cast with the same targets; until then this slot does not improve your opening.

Frozen Tomb

Game Start: If I'm in deck or in hand, summon a Stormcarved Spire with Countdown 4: Summon me.

The delayed extra champion entry provides insurance and another engine body. It takes time to arrive and a summon is not the same as playing a champion with a Play effect.

Establish Warlord's Palace and use ally-target spells to advance its Countdown. After it completes, the leveled champion creates Warlord's Hoard. At three stars completion effects activate twice; at six stars the first Landmark also steals mana.

Reach six mana gems before relying on duplicated casts. The delayed champion entry helps maintain the engine, while extra copies provide more champion spells. Plan hand space before taking repeated draw rewards, and do not call the loop infinite until the current discounts actually cover its costs.

Since his release, many players prefer Chosen by the Stars with Perfect Hex Core and either Echoing Spirit or Chemtech Duplicator. The generated targeting spell helps enable Grappling Hook, while the keyword relic turns the buffs into combat pressure. The fourth-star Time and Dedication is another targeting source.

For this delayed build, leave space for the extra summons and do not assume the Landmark arrives early: Akshan's ally-targeting Countdown acceleration applies to his own Landmark, not automatically to Stormcarved Spire. The three-star doubled completion effect can provide additional copies when its Countdown completes. Its value disappears in fights already won before that point.

The hoard’s draw-and-discount reward helps sustain draw and discounts once the hoard completes. Count the current costs, remaining deck and hand space before repeating rewards; a report of an infinite turn depends on having the relevant mana, discounts and cards, and is not a guaranteed opening.

Absolution

When an allied Warlord's Palace is destroyed, steal a mana gem.
When an allied Warlord's Hoard is destroyed, revive the strongest dead non-Ephemeral ally.
