Spirit Forge.
Bronze and Silver come from World Adventures and quests. Gold comes from the Emporium (3,000 Stardust), Legend Levels 40 and 50, The Frost Witch's 5th reward and the Well Travelled II quest.
Epic relics need an upgraded slot. A Spirit Forge upgrades a rare slot; a Super Forge upgrades common or rare slots.
