Anivia: spell ramp and duplicated damage

Anivia · from r/LegendsOfRuneterra · 2026-10-14

Cast Elemental spells to ramp, protect the champion’s return and duplicate spells after six mana gems.

Build

Needs 3★Champion level 30

Overview

Anivia ramps through Elemental spells, then uses Chemtech Duplicator and surviving champion copies to scale damage. A dedicated clear report uses this all-rare trio at three stars plus the starting-mana upgrade. Ramp and recovery are the core of her popular builds.

The build

Chemtech Duplicator

At six or more mana gems, spells you play are copied with the same targets. Elemental spell casts advance ramp. The relic does not copy an attack Skill.

Guardian Angel

Current text grants +0|+2, Deathless and two adventure Revives. The champion also has her separate egg transformation on death. Older repeat-revive wording should not be used as today's trigger.

Luden's Tempest

Its in-play spell and Skill damage bonus strengthens removal and the attack Skill. Extra surviving champion copies carry additional bonuses, unlike a global Power that does not stack per champion body.

How to play

Use qualifying Elemental spells or Skill to gain empty mana gems through the three-star power. Empty gems increase capacity; they do not immediately give you spendable mana in the current round. Stabilize with blockers and removal until the champion and spell-copy engine are active.

Deathless supplies a recovery path for the champion, while the general keyword relic provides combat reach and durability. At Enlightened, the champion’s stronger attack engine becomes the payoff. Avoid assuming a delayed or revived champion triggers a Play effect simply because it re-enters.

Drafting and alternatives

Keep affordable Elemental interaction and early blockers. Empty gems increase capacity, then refill next round. The May report includes the separate starting-mana upgrade; do not assume that opening pace from three stars alone.

Frozen Tomb guarantees a delayed champion, and Icon of Valhir adds Elemental damage before she enters. The icon is a Power and does not multiply with champion bodies. Watch hand space with The Grand General's Counterplan and the level-eighteen draw reward. Full Build is the alternative when combat keywords matter more than another damage bonus.

Star-power checkpoint

Winter's Boon II

When you play an Elemental spell or Skill, gain an empty mana gem.
