Taliyah: delayed copies and attack Skill damage

Taliyah plays around her follower board, three-star Overwhelm and the board space that copied Landmark take up. This six-star damage build runs Frozen Tomb, Big Guns and Luden's Tempest. The Landmark and board decisions below apply at any star level; the full damage output needs six stars.

Frozen Tomb

Game Start: If I'm in deck or in hand, summon a Stormcarved Spire with Countdown 4: Summon me.

The delayed extra champion entry provides insurance and another engine body. It takes time to arrive and a summon is not the same as playing a champion with a Play effect.

Big Guns

Power: Your spells and skills deal 1 extra damage.

The global spell-and-Skill damage increase can contribute before the champion is drawn. It strengthens eligible damage without itself creating a removal spell.

Luden's Tempest

All of your spells and skills deal 1 extra damage.

Extra spell and Skill damage improves each eligible damage instance while the champion is present. Multi-hit effects benefit from the increase more often than a single hit.

Use Hibernating Rockbear and other useful Landmark to develop attackers. Before playing Taliyah, leave enough space for her and the Landmark copy; otherwise her Play payoff can be lost to a full board. A champion summoned by Frozen Tomb does not copy a Landmark, because that effect requires Play.

At three stars the board already has bonus stats and Overwhelm. At six stars every attacking ally plays Threaded Volley, and allied Landmark increase spell/Skill damage. Balance Landmark count against space for attackers instead of filling every slot with one type.

Big Guns supplies a global damage Power before the champion arrives. Luden's Tempest supplies its damage bonus while its champion is on board. Extra champion copies do not mean another copy of every equipped global Power; use the actual effects rather than multiplying all damage modifiers together.

Laurent Bladerack is repeatedly recommended for choosing favorable trades. Tempest Blade with Crownguard Inheritance turns a level-up into Stun plus another attack, useful when the followers have already built the board. Below three stars Troll King's Crown supplies missing Overwhelm; after the star upgrade that slot can be redundant.

Players disagree about early champion discounts. Packed Powder with The Scourge's Stash can bring her out while the starting Landmark remains, but often there's no Landmark to copy or no reliable Nexus damage for Plunder. Go for that version only when your opening power and deck solve both.

Throw Another Rock!

When an ally attacks, it plays Threaded Volley. Your spells and skills deal 1 extra damage for each allied Landmark.
