Nunu & Willump: consume Snowballs and preserve a growing attacker

Nunu & Willump build stats in the deck, then use an expendable Snowball to grow a permanent attacker. The community disagrees about the champion's strength: some report good results with the copy-and-consume engine, while others struggle against early aggression and repeated enemy actions. This version uses the six-star death and Rally triggers.

Death's Foil

Keeps the champion safe from damage and death while attacking. Repeated attacks are central to this plan; protection does not extend to every removal spell outside combat.

Spectral Scissors

Copies the supported follower into the attack. Put this relic above Corrupted Star Fragment so the copy is made before the original sacrifice.

Corrupted Star Fragment

Kills the supported ally and grants its stats and keywords to the champion. Consuming a large Ephemeral Snowball keeps that investment on a lasting body instead of losing all its board value when it dies.

Develop units to grant stats to the allies still in your deck. At three stars, playing a Yeti or a unit costing five or more grants all allies in your deck +2|+2 instead of +1|+1; a unit meeting both conditions grants +3|+3. When the champion attacks, place the intended Snowball sacrifice immediately to its right.

Attack protection keeps the champion available, the copy support relic expands the attack and the sacrifice relic preserves stats and keywords. Resolve the copy trigger before the sacrifice when using both. At six stars the first attacking Snowball death can Rally, but an Obliterate does not count as a death for that trigger.

Prioritize draw and affordable unit plays so the deck buffs reach units you can actually use. Powers that discount created cards or newly drawn cards help deploy more Snowball copies. Cheap development still gives the opponent opportunities to act; plan for the opening rather than relying only on late scaling.

The third relic is contested. The Beast Within supplies team Overwhelm, and Black Shield offers protection before the champion has built up. Keep Death's Foil when repeated attacks are otherwise unsafe. An Obliterate removes a unit without its death trigger, so The Taker's Bow does not give the same six-star Rally interaction.

Biggest Snowball Ever!

When an ally dies, grant stats equal to its Power to the top unit in your deck. Each round, the first time an allied Snowball dies while attacking, Rally.
