Spirit Blossom Yasuo: cheap plays into a growing Storm engine

Spirit Blossom Yasuo is a cheap-support-champion engine: play small cards, refill spell mana and grow discounted units. A slower delayed-champion plan also works. This build runs Hidden Tome, Loaded Dice and Yasuo's Windblade with Windborne Remains; random item loops depend on your draft.

Hidden Tome

Power: When you play or level up a champion, refill your spell mana.

The play and level-up refill enables spells on the turn you establish the champion. A summon without the relevant trigger does not automatically supply that refill.

Loaded Dice

+3 Rerolls
+10% to find Epic powers and items.

The reroll package improves draft control. It does not directly save a bad opening hand or replace an engine relic that must be active immediately.

Yasuo's Windblade

Power: If I'm Yasuo, +1 starting mana. When you Recall an enemy, increase its cost by 2.

Windborne Remains

When you play a cost reduced unit, grant it +3|+3.

It goes in the separate Rune Star slot.

Keep cheap plays and a support champion you can cast early. Playing that champion activates the spell-mana refill and Winds of Reflection, drawing a card and making it a Storm Conduit. Spend the refill on useful cheap spells to Gather Storm and discount the conduit cards in hand.

Play discounted units to gain Windborne Remains' stats. At six stars, turning a card into a Storm Conduit grants an Epic item. Follow the actual item and hand after each action; a repeatable draw or generation loop depends on what rolled.

Commune With Spirits can supply a large discounted follower. The expensive main champion provides strongest-enemy removal on summon once affordable. Early support-champion plays can build a winning board before he arrives, so do not keep an otherwise unplayable hand just to wait for him.

Prioritize cheap support packages, spell discounts and draw. Cut expensive setup cards such as Zephyr Sage before you cut efficient card generation. Champion cost-reduction items can help start the refill/draw engine; the two other cards in the support package matter as well.

Frozen Tomb with Portal Pals is a slower alternative: the delayed champion summon activates his removal and creates expensive discounted units. It does not trigger Play-only spell-mana refills. That control route is strong, but high-pressure modifiers can make waiting risky.

Perfect Hex Core is another source of cheap card plays, and works better than untested combinations with other premium relics. Rerolls remain useful when a modifier punishes repeatedly playing or creating cards.

When a card becomes a Storm Conduit, grant it a random Epic item.
